Description

Applications

The E-Series G2® Ultrasonic Meter is designed for a variety of water applications, including potable water, reclaimed water, and irrigation. It performs well in environments with small particles, making it suitable for both residential and light commercial settings, and is UL Listed for residential fire service applications.

Operation & Performance

Using advanced ultrasonic technology, this meter measures flow accurately by calculating the time difference of ultrasonic signals traveling through the water. It displays data on water usage, flow rate, temperature, and pressure, ensuring reliable performance while reducing measurement errors caused by particles and pressure fluctuations.

Construction

Built from lead-free bronze alloy, the meter’s housing is UV-resistant, weatherproof, and tamper-proof, providing durability in diverse environments. Encapsulated electronics and a robust flow tube minimize pressure loss and enhance long-term accuracy and reliability.

Meter Installation

Designed for flexibility, the E-Series G2® can be installed horizontally or vertically and operates in fully submerged conditions. With built-in empty pipe detection, it only measures flow when the pipe is fully filled, ensuring accurate readings.
